EDIT (19/06/20):Finally took the time to include the pokΓ©athlon sprites and a missing animation for the rocket costume, as well as include other minor things, about time huh?

Hi everyone, how have you been?, this isn't something new on my gallery, but as far as I know, almost no one knows the existence of the 1st ver. of this sprite sheet
So, why I'm uploading her again? mostly because I haven't see much sprites of her out there, also, the color palette in this version meets the DS palette limitation (16 colors, while the 1st version used like...24 colors XP), I based her colors from one of her artworks from Crystal www.pokepedia.fr/images/4/4a/C⦠and not from his anime version like in the 1st ver.

This is brilliant! I've seen people try a full sprite replacement for HG/SS and I used to know how to do it, but all such knowledge has fallen out of my area of expertise... blech. It would be amazing to play the game as Kris instead of Lyra.

I actually manage to replace almost all Lyra sprites with Kris's ones, the ones that I couldn't replace where the ending mini-sprites and the "choose your name" sprites, but everything else was done, sadly I don't remember how I did it, and also I don't know how to create a patch for the game

Um... to create a patch, you just need lunar ips I think. And you probably need an original unaltered version of the game, and then your modified game, and lunar ips will compare the two and generate a patch for it.

Definitely, I did the changes in a Jap. rom of pkmn Soul Silver which also had an English patch and the "Rudolph" patch patched in it, so I don't know how well the patch would be in the end

I never liked Lyra, I always thought she was a pointless change considering they already had a female protagonist and her personality was just so generic. Kris is my favorite femal trainer design and I just couldn't wait to play as her in HG until I found out she was replaced T.T Sure, Kris would probably still have the bland personality but at least she would have a much more interesting design!

To be honest, Kris is my favorite PokeGirl, and, Crystal would be the only time I would play as the girl, just cause I love her.
To get straight to the point, I like these a lot, and, if you don't mind, I would like to use these for a little project I have in mind. Full credit would go to you, of course. If you don't allow it, I wouldn't mind at all.
