Love the work.
Do you use a tablet?

Great stuff you're doing with it.
I've been totally hung-up with fractals recently and wondering how to mix things up a bit.
A friend has given me a Wacom 6x8 "Bamboo Fun" and after seeing your work I think I better get this tablet installed and figure out what it does.
Thx

the tablet definitely makes for a more natural interaction between myself and my digital canvas. You should get yours hooked up... the bamboo fun tables aren't quite as pressure sensitive as the intuos tablets but it still makes for a more natural interface and more precise work when needed.
have fun with it!

I really dig this image. It looks like it could hang in a sun room somewhere....a warm spring day with a nice breeze and some excellent beverage to sip on.
I think I'm starting to get cabin fever with all this subzero weather here.

this started out sooo much differently than where it ended up.. it was a lot more chaotic and busy. Interestingly enough it was created on a nice breezy sunny warm day in New Orleans.
I wish today were like that.. we actually dipped down to 28 last night. brrr.

I envy that....28 is warm considering the last week we've had up here in the frozen land of nador.

i've been talking to my family up north.. and they have had some darn chilly days.. the other morning it was -9 degrees. Somehow they didn't sympathize when i was complaining it was in the 30's.. they just dont get how cold a damp cold is. lol.

I understand the damp cold since that sort of thing really chills to the bone, but -9 does have some bite to it.

yes i suppose the -9 is a bit on the cool side. lol.
I wouldnt even mind the damp cold if they believed in insulation down here!

This is great. Question: where did you find the old anathomic scheme of the bird?
