Proprio perchè è un esperimento che inzialmente è stato classificato come Aborto,
dato che invece di riportare in vita un ex medico mezzo defunto, il processo è andato a galla per a causa del piccione quindi è avvenuta una specie di clonazione umana.
Quindi il loro intento è quello di rapire Rudi, date anche le sue capacità speciali (tipo il volo anche senza jetpack) e usarlo non solo per scopi bellici, ma vogliono comprendere la formula della clonazione per costruire un macchinario capace di ricreare lo stesso prodotto.
