This is my Entry for Magic Dragon Contest
Thal'Anir is a Runic Dragon , wise, powerful, and very old.

He was often in contact with the greatest magicians who had as students during his long life, in fact Thal'Anir assuming his human form he could give his old acquaintance the Wizards brightest in the Region.
He is able to create magical seals, and cast spells.His main attack is to channel the energy that he will convert into Runic Power in the mouth, as is clearly visible in the first scene, then the mouth is channeled into the chest, consisting of a primary furnace Runic, as well as its source of life.

Having channeled the energy in the chest he throws on the ground with a jump that does not create a sonic wave on the contrary, it creates a wave that radiates all the power previously channeled. Through the magic symbols that imprints in the ground with his legs rune.

When the Dragon channeling enough energy to cast the spell, in this case Purification of the land, and his tail, his chest is his front legs become rune stones which emits the energy source.
