Personality:
Yukiko is a lot of things, motherly is not one of them. This Froslass is very bossy and controlling, and one of the most stubborn people you'll meet. However, she's also incredibly patient and understanding-- and most importantly, reliable. While she takes control in more situations than she should, Yukiko is smart. And she knows how to use those smarts for the best possible solutions. While Mikes acts as the moral compass, Yukiko is the glue who holds everyone together and the sign that keeps them on track. But, well, she is stubborn. If someone has a different idea than her, wether it be better or not, it is nearly impossible for her to accept it. It takes nothing short of a miracle to get her to change her mind. And, at times. she's rather insufferable. Because of her knowledge and stubborness, it's not a surprise that some mons get rather short and fed up with her. Usually she can handle these outbursts with grace, but she's no stranger to doing the same thing back at them. She's strict, cold, and mostly logical-- but she knows when she needs to let up when a friend is in need. At least, most of the time.

History:
Despite being the brains behind the Reborn from Shadows team, most of Yukiko's past is forgotten. As she died as being part of the team, those memories took the forefront and her old self was, more or less, dead. All that was known was she was surprisingly wealthy despite leaving in Requiem's lawless district and was apparently engaged. While her past puzzles her, her friends manage to convince her to live in the now-- not then, she she forged herself as the fearless, no-nonsense leader of the infamous little Requiem team. That is, until she forced them to disband when three members, including herself, died during this little project and more personal issues arising with teammates themselves. They kept in touch, but the Reborn from Shadows team was put behind them.

It was this time Yukiko took up being a private investigator. As theirs no law in their district, many mysteries remain unsolved and many lives forgotten. Yukiko tries her to help others pick the pieces up and put them together to find the closure they need, despite not doing that for herself.

Because Yukiko keeps in contact with the ex-members almost religiously, and knew all of them like the back of her hand, she noticed very quickly Robin is having issues-- both at her new home and her past. But she made a promise to protect her family with the rest of them, before Blaine suggest that he and their Gardevoir friend, Mika, can easily handle whatever happens. So, Yukiko enlisted Mikes and Ophelia to help her get Robin back to her senses-- and to check out this Vyse for herself.

Though, the trip there was not without complications...

Ice Beam-The target is struck with an icy-cold beam of energy. It may also freeze the target solid.
Ominous Wind-The user blasts the target with a gust of repulsive wind. It may also raise all the user's stats at once.
Hail-The user summons a hailstorm lasting five turns. It damages all Pokémon except the Ice type.
Water Pulse-The user attacks the target with a pulsing blast of water. It may also confuse the target.

Extras/Fun Facts:
-Supposedly her family is no longer on Requiem, being heartbroken when she was reported dead and didn't realize she became a ghost.
-She was the on who came up the codenames for everyone during Reborn from Shadows active period.
-Did, in fact, die from frostbite. Robin, Mikes, Mika, and Blaine know what she was born as but don't want to burden her with the knowledge.
-While not entirely fearless, Yukiko definitely gives off this air, able to keep her cool around most things that scare normal mon.
-That said, freezes up when she encountered Mighteyena's and absolutely detests the Fang moves/any moves that involve biting.
