First off, this is quite an interesting piece; after all who doesn't like gargantuan marauding, multi-head lizards?
The focal points are well established by the use of line and contrast, with the greatest points of contrast on the lower head's muzzle and the upper head's neck. Also, the splash of orange on the tongue really works nicely against the almost monochromatic blue hues of the rest of the scene.
When taking this the picture into gray scale, there is a nice range of values of lights to darks which, as the gentle gradient of the warm hues in the upper right to the cool hues in the lower portion of the painting, help guide the viewer's eye's to the focal points.
The line and brushwork is very clean and the atmospheric perspective is a nice touch giving the picture a bit more depth.
The only easily noticeable issue with the water I see is the mist near the lower head's neck, based on the angle of the lighting in the rest of the piece, it may benefit from being a little more subdued in terms of contrast and brightness, since it appears to be in the shadow of the neck.

Thank you so much for the critique! You have brought up interesting points I never realised, such as turning it into greyscale, which I should definitely do to check my pieces in the future
And thanks for pointing out the splashes as well, I have ended up going back to try fix it as well ^_^

In the videogames a Hydra isn't that big but in life how are you suppose to kill this thing with a sword

This is breathtaking! The texture and color palette really add to the feel of this piece, The way he fades into the background, I can tell that this is a gargantuan beast without any size comparisons!
