Animation made poses much easier for me xD and ofcourse drawing over 6000 + drawings of different kinds.
Its just a practice thing, but if you understand the skeleton and how it can and cannot move it gets a bit easier. Dont be afraid of the anatomy not being 100% best at first, do crazy poses and then later go back and look at them and see why they look wrong or why they look right.
