thank you! actually, it's just makeup glitter i got from walmart. i think it's mary kate and ashley? i put my eyeliner on then use hairgel and a foam eyeshadow applicator to put it on the liner, then i use the other end to dab the glitter on. glitter is soooo messy but so pretty!
