Hello grimnor, first off, nice sculpt!

I myself am also planing to do a sculpt of peter dinklage, as such I have been looking at his face alot and have some ideas on how you can improve your sculpt. I hope you don't mind I did this paint over.

Ok, so the most part important is the tilt of the brow, Dinklage has a very angled brow, I think its because his forehead protrudes strongly. After the brow I would change the crease between his brow, I don't know how to describe it, more like a crease and less like an expression, I hope you understand what I mean.

After that, personaly, I would lower the nose a very small amount, and make the bulb of his a nose a little bit wider.

Lastly, I would make his cheekbones a little less pronounced, and the crease in his cheek a little bit more pronounced.

Of course, if you add asymmetry, it will look even more like him-

I really hope that helps a little bit, otherwise the sculpt looks great!
