Hey guysI did this quick creature sketch in Zbrush which was inspired by this tree

it took 35min for the sculpt and around 1 - 1 1/2 hours for rendering, comp and overpaint
in regards to the sculpt it is really important to know the big forms
for heads you have to know the forms of the cheekbone, forehead and the curvature of the jaw and so on
doing a lot of studys where you just focus on the big forms where you set yourself a limit of 30min and you will get faster
you can just watch the timelapse video which is in the description to see how i tackled the sculpt

the sculpt of the head took 35min (the link to the timelapse video is in the description 
to render and comp it took another 1 - 1 1/2 hours I think

draw a lot! if you can draw decent then it's way easier to get started in this software (at least the results are a lot better!
