Description
So, yesterday I was messing around in Paint tools SAI and I randomly drew a Lapras which I then decided to actually complete. So yeah, have a random Lapras.

I really hope it's not blurry or anything. In order to keep using Paint Tools SAI without buying it I kind of have to screenshot the picture to save it... Not the best thing to do to save it, but it's kind of the only way for now. Also, by the time I got up to the shell, I was kind of over it and decided to only roughly work on it, so it's not the best.
