She's from the anime Strike Witches. Anime tells the story of life based in Britain, five hundred and first fighter wing assault vedm.Strike Witches tells the story of a fight to protect that world using a combination of magic and technology. The titular Strike Witches are young women with high magical potential who are recruited into military organizations around the world to fight against the enigmatic Neuroi, which began an invasion of unprecedented scale on human territory in the year 1939.
Yes, Perrin is good) She's a fifteen-years witch, and she is in love with another witch - major Mio Sakamoto. She can sometimes behave badly, but in general she is good and funny character)
