Found my first-ever drawing of Skitter a few weeks ago; school year 2009 or 2010, I think. The basis of his design was the same then as it is now: he's made to loom over pretty much anyone and leave you with the vague feeling that he could lean forward and grab you at any second. Aka not what people want to have in a doctor. (If I remember right, at the time someone suggested I have him be a dentist instead... it was tempting. )

There are major changes, though. The sunken look to his cheeks is gone, teeth are slightly longer, the placement of his legs on the lower body is completely reversed and his lower body is segmented, he has two thumbs now, and the arms have more joints and mass.
