Dear god, I have been so freaking busy. I finished my last color comp/practice sample to turn in along with my final in my illustration class. Got to play around with toned paper again with some colored pencils! This is a test shot of the Skeksis from the Dark Crystal in my poster design. He's....colorful. The skeksis are actually really dark and grey in the movie. The print out I used as reference is from the opening titles when the skeksis are staring into the crystal light. So all that grey color appeared blue and pink from the light. A cool effect. This is a rough, took me no more than an hour. I pray to god that I'll finish the poster by next Weds. So much work with my other classes..gotta print, glue and bind a hard bound book, finish a huge Flash website...guh... Here's hoping.
