That's the 3rd illustration for my fancomic, Dragonball NS.It's dedicated to Shenlong (or Shenron), the DragonGod that grants any sort of wish when you gather all the 7 dragonballs.
Still in the Chapter 0, he refuses to bring the situation back to the normality, and then, he inexplicabily broke in thousands of pieces and disappear.
