amongst all the compliments, I alone shall stand! I still love the beautiful shading of this but I can't help but notice that her face is quite long in this pic. Not one of yer best, s2k. But 'tis still good.

Wow, that was done in Painter? If you hadn't said so I would have sworn it was done in OC. I've never used Painter, is it anything like OC? And is it cheaper? Lol.

well painter isn't a free program so i'd have to say no it isn't cheaper lol. Painter has a lot more brush variety than OC but OC is still good for being mostly a free program...well at least 1.1

Good foreshortening on this piece. Also, i like the monochromatic tone of the entire piece, and how the color on the eyes draws your attention. Lovely shading, it gives her body a smooth and sensuous quality.

I must say i'm envious of artists who can pull out pieces directly from a computer screen... the shadow, especially around the arms, is amazing, i absolutely love the contrast. The eyes are so striking against the rest of the piece. I really like this piece ^_^
