Description Kelp, a school of sardines off in the corner, some grumpy-looking fish mooning the camera~

Taken at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Monterey, California, the kelp forest tank. No octopus, though. But look at the pretty sunlight ray things~

I love that place. :]

About kelp.

I usually go once a year.

They're rebuilding the one in San Francisco, and it's looking amazing so far. I know a secret path that goes right around the construction site. I can't wait to go when it's done.
