I don't like it.
Because of the obviously purposeful eclectic use of colours... (And the red panel looks a tiny bit bare)
Which makes me kinda sad that I can't appreciate an effect that screams "I did this on purpose."... u.u;;;
I think you've got some real talent going on here though. All the effects you crammed into it is impressive. Especially since they don't clash too much.
