You have to be a Powerpuff Girls fan or at least know a bit about Mojo-jojo to fully grasp the beauty of this pic. I just had to do this 
I tried to get Neji's speech to sound as much like a Mojo-ish spech as possible. If you are a Neji fan and want to kill me over this please don't. I like Neji...I just couldn't resist this 
I only drew Neji. Mojo-jojo and the girls are official PPG art.
