"We're back!" Mazda announced for everyone as those who had gone to pick up her school uniform , plus a couple of newcomers, returned through the front door.

"Welcome back, Little Hon, Lex," Dyne greeted them as they stepped inside. "Looks like you didn't have any trouble and you look absolutely adorable in your uniform. Ayu-chan's already here and she's with the others, so-" he stopped short on seeing someone he hadn't expected to who had joined them. "Ah... it's nice to see you again, Chevelle."

"Dyne," Chevelle nodded as she gave a curt greeting. "I'd 'eard that Alexus moved back 'ere and figured you were at least part of the reason. The last thing I expected to learn today was that you two 'ad a child. Though Alexus already explained the situation, I still 'ave my doubts."

"It's definitely something that's not easy to understand and a situation most people don't have to deal with," he stated. "But that doesn't change the fact that she's here now with her new sisters."

"'Sisters?'" Chevelle raised an eyebrow.

"Oh, I kind of forgot to mention them," Alexus chuckled nervously as she raised a hand up to the back of her head.

"Come on, Mommy!" Mazda tugged at Alexus's hand, "I want everyone to see my uniform."

"Did somebody call us?" Sephira asked as she and Ayu entered the room together.

"Hi, Mazda," Ayu greeted. "I got here a bit early, but Sephira's been helping me get more used to walking around your house without needing a guide."

"I'm glad you're here, Ayu!" Mazda ran over and took her hand to lead her back over to the group. "I want you to meet my gramma."

"Grandma?" Ayu tilted her head.

"Yep," Mazda nodded, "We ran into her and Big Sis Miata on our way home, though she's still outside talking to Aunt Merc."

"Is this the friend you mentioned, Mazda?" Chevelle asked, acknowledging the smaller newcomer."

"Pleased to meet you," Ayu gave a little curtsy, "My name is Aya Fukuzawa and this is my guide rabbit, Chimu."

"Chimuuuu~!" the rabbit atop her head greeted.

"The pleasure is all mine, child," Chevelle responded.

"We're going to start going to school together soon, Gramma," Mazda explained.

"I can see she's already a good influence on you, little one," Chevelle then looked over at Sephira before glancing between her and Mazda a few times. "I can see a resemblance, so this one must be one of the sisters I just heard about."

"Yep, that's Big Sis Sephira," Mazda introduced her.

"Hi," Sephira greeted casually.

"Is she also one of your alternate selves' child, Lex?" Chevelle asked. "She's already a young woman."

"Nah," Alexus shocked her head. "Allie is Sephira's mom, but her situation isn't much different than Mazda's."

"But you two 'ave the same father?" Chevelle shot a look back at Dyne, who could only sweat a little.

"In a sense, we do," Sephira folded her arms and flashed a grin, "Just different versions of the same guy, but Dad still took us in when we showed up here, so we can't get too mad at him."

"Oh, I see we have company," MOMO noticed as she and Sophie also entered together.

"Good afternoon," Sophie greeted for them.

"Gramma, these are my Big Sis MOMO and Sophie," Mazda again introduced.

"Charmed," Chevelle nodded as she looked at them, her expression showing that she couldn't see any resemblances between them and Mazda.

"Don't make that face, Ma," Alexus nudged her.

"We're both adopted," MOMO explained, reading Chevelle's expression. "Daddy took us in and we decided to stay when we had nowhere else to go."

"Far better than any number of alternatives," Chevelle nodded again. "So long as you're all 'appy, then I 'ave no reason to complain. Though I still wish to speak with you in private later about all this, Dyne."

"I've got all the time in the world," he mimicked Alexus's nervous chuckle from earlier as Mazda's sisters fully congregated around her to compliment her on her uniform.

"Hey, I just noticed," Sephira observed aloud as she looked between Mazda and Ayu, "Ayu's shirt is a bit shorter."

"I'm tall for my age and they didn't have the right size," Ayu explained casually. "I had to get what they had."

"That and Mazda keeps her midriff covered for a very good reason," Alexus grinned in a manner that was only half-teasing.

"Mommy, don't!" Mazda's eyes widened as she knew the look on her mother's face.

"Sorry, but not sorry, munchkin," Alexus lifted part of Mazda's shirt to partially expose her sides and began running her fingers along the skin, causing Mazda to immediately break out in helpless giggling.

"I see she too shares that weakness," Chevelle sighed as she watched the scene unfold before her and prepared a paper fan. "I will warn you about taking it too far, Lex."

"Nnnnoohoohohooo!" Mazda tried to pull away, only for Alexus to grab her wrist and keep her from going anywhere, "Aaahahahayyuuuu, heeeheheheelp mmeeheeheeheee!"

"These are best friend privileges, Ayu," Alexus winked. "And you're probably the only other one strong enough to keep her from getting away."

"Well, I did end up getting caught in her trap when we met ," Ayu gave into the temptation, grabbed Mazda's other wrist, and began tickling her other side. "We'll be even after this, Mazda."

"Heeeheheeehaahahaaa! Aaahhaahaahahaa! Biheeheeg Sihees Sepheeeheeeira! Dohoohohoo sometheeeheeeing!" Much as Mazda protested, she didn't try to pull away or kick at her tormenters.

"Sorry, Mazda, but I'm a villainess," Sephira winked as she enjoyed the sight too. "Call it revenge for leaving me hanging that day too."

"In that case-" Sophie stepped over next to Sephira and pulled out a large feather.

"Then it's up to us," MOMO joined Sophie and flashed her own grin as she helped lift Sephira's shirt to expose her own sides.

"Uh oh..." Sephira immediately broke out into a sweat.

"If you're going to relish in revenge, Sephira," Sophie grabbed one of her wrists, "then don't forget we still owe you one too ."

"But at least we know how much you can take," MOMO grabbed Sephira's other wrist and joined Sophie in running the feathers along her sides. "And it's quite a bit."

As a second round of helpless laughter began filling the room, the final latecomer finally made her entrance.

"I'm sorry for the delay," Miata said as she entered, "Mercedes stepped away to be by herself for a while and- oh, look at this beautiful family! It's so lively in here."

"It's definitely never dull," Dyne nodded in greeting as he watched the scenes before him, waiting to see if he'd be needed to step in.
