Okay, I must say, first of all, I love this piece ;w;
The concept is awesome, and so is the pose.
So lets get to the critique..

Sexy Big Cat:
I love this beaut ohohoho so awesome.
Well, the ears and the angle of the head are really nice. However, the lip line could be a little thinner, and the head a little longer lengthwise or a little shorter height wise. Overall, the head is cat-like and nice.
The body is very accurate and well done, though it could use a little more fur detail as on the chin, neck and tail. Good anatomy, but you should also see the front left leg a little bit.
I like the tail a lot. The tail is detailed, shaded, and looks as if it has a lot of fur detail.
Yet again, the pose is great.

Water:
I love how part of it is dark and the rest of it is a bit lighter. The splotching makes it look more water-like.

As a complete piece, I have no idea why you keep putting yourself down on the art. I absolutely love this ;w;

I really just love the concept of this!
The anatomy looks rather nice as well, I like how you captured both the tiger and snow leopard body anatomy, the head however looks more lion like that tiger or snow leopard, but the structure is still very big cat like. I also agree the lip line could be a little thinner, but its difficult to do with watercolors, especially if you only have big tipped brushes.
Overall I think you did a great job, and I just love the concept of this drawing, and the pose - Also the coloring is very wonderful. ^^
