Fun Fact!: This prosthetic piece took a week and a half to create. Three tentacle molds were made and cast 4 times, making a total of 12 tentacles.
The mask was a whopping 4lbs, and the model was blind underneath it. Tiny spider hairs were punched in around the head and cheek ridges, and the piece was airbrushed to colour and accented with gold and purple pigments.
It took 4 hours to assemble and another 2 hours to apply and paint.

very cool, and definitely worth all the time and effort. As a thumbnail I thought it was a macro photo of some bizarre spider or insect, it's quite convincing!
