Regarding multiple birth NunukesAs the basic lore says: "Multiple birth is a sensation in the species and extremely rare to happen. Like normally only twins happen but triplets,quadruplets etc is counting as a sensation."
This means multiple birth in the species is heavily restricted and only could be available when I sold a bundle MYO slot or in case I specifically offered as a bundle. Of course at the end of the day I can't stop anyone to make their Nunukes as an example septuplets (which never happened canonly in the lore) however they won't make it to the registered-well known and lore-vise accepted list.
Treatment towards multple birth Nunukes usually are: They are treated as sensations and usually getting huge media attention through their life and the species see them as interesting, curious about them and mostly giving them positive attention. Some multiple birth set of Nunukes however avoid publicity and not want to be in the spotlight especially as an adult so it's hard to gain information
