Here we have a mix, one third commission, one third birthday drawing and one third pseudo-patriotic celebration piece!
Some time ago, Emerald messaged me saying his birthday was coming up soon and he was thinking of getting a commission to sorta celebrate it, and when he told me it was 9th of July, I told him that, interestingly, that's my country's independence day. This sparked up his interest and we decided to work on a piece to fit all needs.

So here is Coco Pommel, wearing a dress quite common for early 1800's ladies (of a certain wealth, obviously), full of colours and motifs to reference Argentina.
All in all, I think it's a cute piece, and I hope you all like it ^^

Happy birthday Emerald, and happy birthday Argentina, in a way? And while we're at it, happy birthday to Coco, and to you, looking at the screen!
