A friend of mine had to spend a few hours compressing it into a 7.zip file, although I don't think there's a public download for it, at least not the Lord General and Tyrannid models. You can most likely find the Imperial Guardsmen models on the Workshop, and you can also find them in the Space Marine Porting spree on the Facepunch forums.

Because a Lord General, equiped with a Power Sabre, and accompanied by a fully loaded chimera and a hand ful of Guardsmen, can out-match a Swarm Lord, and a couple of his warriors.
Not to mention the Lord General is a boss.
