Description This teal beauty is ideal for the coming spring and summer months.

Brilliant blue-green shines from Indicolite, Caribbean Blue Opal, and Blue Zircon Swarovski crystals. 4mm and 6mm bicones make a fun, funky fringe under gold-plated filigree and vintage watch parts. 10mm and 20mm Swarovski daisies sprout up around the watch plates, surrounded by flat back crystals.

There's a mild Bollywood flavor in this one I didn't intend for, but find fascinating nonetheless.

This one doesn't feel steampunk to me at all! You can barely tell they're watch parts! It is quite pretty however. Very complex, you can tell this took time!

Yeah, there's a delicate balance in every genre. Personally, I don't consider the ever-popular "watch movement on a bail" any more steampunk than Victorian lace and cameos, yet somehow both always seem to end up in the same category.

I suppose I'm looking at it from the perspective of what a "real" steampunk person would wear: attractive adornment with a mechanical undertone. I agree that it's not a perfectly balanced, median steampunk piece - but sometimes it's just more fun to be on the edge.

I'm glad you like it though, and thank you for taking the time to share your opinion! I really enjoy hearing what other people think about my works.

Realsteam punk people wouldn't have time for jewelry. They'd be too busy running around. They're much too practicale for that

Anyhow that how I see steampunk characters. . . I like that it doesn't always have to be 'WATCH MOVEMENTS XTHNX'. I do love the delicateness(?) of the piece and the brilliant aqua colour It really is a lovely piece, however steampunk it may be.

This is gorgeous, girl! Not only is it a piece of art itself, but it's totally wearable! That doesn't always work out.
