once you have the pic done, open up an art program (paint, paint.net, photoshop, etc). Go back to the drawing and it the PRNT SCRN key on your keyboard. Go back to the art program and hit ctrl-V to paste the pic. do a "save as" in the art program, name the drawing and changing the file type to any standard option (.png, .jpeg, .jpg, etc.) From there, you should be able to edit the pic and post it!
