This makes me think of a daydream, the colors add a great mellow mood. For a mistake this turned out so nice c:

I'm sure you do have somewhere similar, this park is just 15 minutes drive out of the centre of Sheffield - hardly a small city!
In the distance you can see the hills of the Peak District - now that's an amazing place.

The tones here are nothing short of superb: they give a strong nostalgic atmosphere that I am particularly fond of.

It's some magical stuff... they're on my list of cameras that I must use before it's too late.

Yup, it always saddens me to see people relying solely on digital cameras without experimenting with any other forms, or even other methods of using a digital (ie lensbabies, playing around with dof etc).
I try to open people's eyes but they're just so unwilling to even try out something like a pola, and discover just how magical and special they are.
Nothing beats having a photo in your hand, for you to stare at, see all the intricate details.
It's very much lost on the computer.
(of course I also use digital)

It is a lovely City, sharing its boundaries with a national park, the only down side is that it's rather hilly - I guess at least it keeps you fit!

Dang, I wish I knew how to mimic those colors in Photoshop! What kind of camera is this? Holga?

I think to mimic it you could try adding a sepia layer onto the photo and reducing the blues? That might create something similar.
Yup, it was taken with a Holga [:

Oh, so you didn't do any post work with the colors?

No I didn't do any work on it, simply scanned in and cropped etc. It's the only print in the pack to have strange colours like this, I'm wondering whether it's because I shot into the sun, so it's made it very yellow?

It's sometimes neat to see the odd colours some prints come out with. I had a set of black and whites that were haft magentia.
XD
