Someone was passively aggressively telling others not to tell me that Carol Tea doesn't have hair.

Well, I think I fixed the problem, with an even BIGGER mohawk. :V

This wasn't done out of any actual spite. I just think it's funny when people get upset when something has a twist on a design or they find something 'unrealistic' in a cartoon drawing.
