History:

In May 2013, Professor Richard Michaels came up with an idea: A battlesuit that could operate in any environment and be able to fight in any combat situation: including the steadily rising giant monster threat. Utilizing his genius intellect and his top engineers, Michaels built a prototype model of his "Jet Jaguar" mechsuit in 2014. Testing the mech on his private testing zone, Michaels was pleased with the results: everything was functioning as he had designed. It didnt take long for the military to approach him with a deal to implement the Jet Jaguar unit into their military. Michaels happily accepted the offer, and so G-force with help from the US army began construction of their own, more combat oriented Jet Jaguar unit. The result was a slightly bulky, up-armored version of Professor Michaels' unit.

In the same year, a large monster was sighted in the jungles of south america. The miltary variant piloted by Sgt Hendrickson, was deployed in south america to deal with this creature. The creature attacked almost as soon as they arrived and the Jet Jaguar unit already found itself outmatched by the creature in one category: Speed. This creature could move faster than the pilot could see! Blow after blow the mech suffered incredible amounts of damage and was eventually defeated. G-force was able to recover the unit, and found a curious radiation signaure that radiates from the areas where the robot was struck. Seeing this as a design flaw in his invention, Michaels took full responsibility for what happened in South America and volunteered to take his own unit to assist the next time they went after the creature.

The militarized Jet Jaguar unit was eventially repaired in a much shorter time than they exptected. Matters became more cimplicated when it was learned that the creature could teleport, and was doing so across the globe until it made landfall in Philadelphia where it was attacked by Godzilla, who seemed to be developing burning "rashes". The creature, fortunatly, was defeated by Godzilla and forced to retreat back to South America where it began to upgrade itself. Capitalizing on this moment of weakness, G-force and Professor Michaels are sent to fight the creature while it is weak. Unbeknowest to them however, Godzilla was also on his way to south america to finish the fight. Arriving in South America, the Jet Jaguar units located the creature's hiding spot by tracing it's radiation signature. Bursting from the remains of the starship from which it resides, the creature, now known as Gigan, was now fully upgraded with new melee weapons and better armor.

Wasting no time, the units attacked with all of their forepower, which Gigan easly dodged with his remarkable speed. The avian abomination quickly closed the distance and engaged the units in close quarters. Though the mechs porved to be formidable combatants, Gigan was simply too fast for them and with each blow they dealt, Gigan struck back twice as fast. Sgt Hendricks attempted to shoot the cyborg with his unit's shoulder mounted grenade launcher, but as he activated the weapon Gigan dashed foreward at blinding speeds and severed the mech's right arm with his abdominal buzzsaw. Stabbing his claw into the robot's flank, he turned it around and blasted it in the stomach several times with his shotgun visor blast, blowing the mech in half. Michaels attempted to cover Hendricks but was promptly blown back by a visor blast, disabling his unit. Unable to fight any longer, Michaels and Hendricks abandoned their units just in time for G-force to pick up the pilots and take them to safety. Godzilla rrived shortly thereafter and after a brief battle, Godzilla's atomic ray damaged the ship and caused an imminet self destruct. G-force and Godzilla evacuated the area as they left Gigan to perish in the explosion. The ship erupted in white hot flames, destroying both Jet Jaguar units, the ship and presumably Gigan.

Despite the failiure of the Jet Jaguar units, G-force with the help of professor Michaels where determined to improve the design and combat ability of the mechs.
