Description
Basically the last stage of the starters in Alyath region have the ability Power Form, which is triggered by a special move and allows the pokemon to turn into a powered form of itself.

Xanteer's power form boosts speed and defence and lowers the attack stats... when in this form Flamethrower inflicts damage to the enemy pokemon and always burn the target.

[as a side note, i'm trying different styles.. i find difficult to stay fixed to a single one, but i really like the style i used in this piece so i'll probably continue using it]
