I haven't seen as many this year as I have in the past for some reason ... but we have them. I noticed the lightning bugs are not as thick either.

In thumbnail, I do see a cat, but zooming in on it, it reminds me of the Martian Grasshoppers in a movie I remember seeing back in the 70's called 5 Million Years to Earth (The original name of the movie in the UK was Quartermass and the Pit ).
Why yes, the movie was extremely hokey, but given I was about 8 when I saw it in theaters, it scared the bejeezus out of me

I am sitting here in my little office and I swear ... I smell pot. I think my neighbors son must be sneaking between the houses smoking one. I can stand that smell more than I can cigarettes. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarhg! and I used to smoke!

LOL I had to quit cigarettes when I had my heart attack last year. I had quit once before and started back for another 4 years ... I don't miss it. But I do get urges and I can't afford them so I don't do it. I had all of my clothes dry cleaned and washed a million loads to get the smoke smell out of everything and I never want that smell again. I have to stay away from it. My heart can not take it.
