Kahn says what's been on everyone's mind.As soon as I'd sketched the second panel, I knew I was going to enjoy drawing this page. It really inspired me to try go for the level of detail I'd been hoping for.

it's interesting, and teaches you a lot about control. I'd never used one before, and I still don't on a regular basis, but it helped me improve alot personally. I now use a brush pen to do much of my comic work. might be something to look into. Calligraphy brushes, and even the thinner watercolor brushes can create some interesting effects.
