Description And so, the masked man accepted defeat and Dragonthing won by default. Huzzah!

Lolol. DT looks like it's doing the high jump in panel seven.

I'll vote when Dragonthing stops getting hurt in this fight. It's cruel of you to make us like him so much then abuse him, even if he's just a drawing.

feraligator is totally gonna use hyper beam or some over powered move to finish of dt now, i just know it!!!
or he's gonna use scratch(or slash) to make DT faint.
and atty will either be mad at mr.mask for leaving, or he'll be a bit sad because of his defeat.

I read you ink by hand, after printing out a rough draft. And while I am amazed that you're able to turn drafts tHAT rough (ive seen the vote-incentives) into what we see completed XD -Please tell me you at least sketch somehow, somewhere,omg-...
I'm wondering even more about your ability to sharpen your lines. The grass and hair and everything.
How do you get them as sharp as that when inking by hand? What size is the page when you draw it?

And thanks for finally giving DT a break. I feel so sorry for the guy XD
PS. upon giving my thanks.. I had a nagging feeling DT is never going to get a break <_<" time for atty to bring him down even more

I do tidy up the sketch a bit more in pencil before inking xD Just to be sure. I'm trying to have to pencil less and less after printing but I think it'll be a while longer before I can go completely straight to ink. As for the sharpness of the lines, that's something I've just been trying to achieve for a long time. The size I work on is A4, standard printer paper, and basically all I can do is my best to keep the lines as smooth as possible. I wish there was some trick to it, if there was I'd use it )8 And although I know working on a larger scale would make the line crispness easy, sadly I just don't have a larger printer or scanner...

Thanks for explaining. I'm actually very happy to hear this, since the way you describe is more or less how I did my most recent work.
I drew in pencil on A4, scanned it. I tried to leave it at this and mess around with settings cuz digital lineart takes forever..but no :/ , so printed it back out in a very light blue and inked over that then scanned it again.
It simply means that all I have to do is try harder to reach your level of sharpness Thats great !

High jump.

Huhuhu.

That made me laugh for some reason.

But the actual reason for that position...is sad. Poor DT. :<

"What good are critters if they can't win," eh? So I'm guessing Mr. Maskface wouldn't be too choked up if his Feralgator ever got in a tough spot, huh. Hard to imagine him shedding a tear unless he were mocking someone, anyway.

I like DT's cute paw/foot in first panel.
And his face.
Poor little guy.
