I'm a noob at certain things, so don't hold it against me... how do you change the Win7 start bar, the GUI of the windows, as well as the picture viewer?

To change an orb u use [link] <-- this to change. U can find orbs from here [link] . To change a theme u need to patch ur system files u need this -->[link] this file has two types 64bit or 32bit it depends on the type of computer u have. *Note "after patching u need to restart ur computer". After patching find themes from [link] <-- here put the theme files in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes and apply it using personalize. Finally the picture viewer is a default gadget of windows 7 called slide show.
