It was painful to watch. Granted this happened when I was seven and she was five--but she bawled like there was no tomorrow. I wouldn't be surprised if she was to traumatized that she doesn't even remember it happening.

my brother had one
but can't remember if it blossomed though
and don't remember if it had orange/brown ends either
