I was bored and did a portrait of Daphnes Nohansen Hyrule, King of Hyrule from The Wind Waker in classic painting style. I had a re-design sketch in my sketchbook, that gave me the idea of making a full portrait.
Duffy is one of my favorite characters ever, in both forms <3

Hello, Hadece. Commonwealth Realm from YouTube here. Together with fellow Zelda Theorist Vortexxygaming we are creating a timeline theory on the Hyrulean Royal Family, how they came to power, what form of monarchy and so on.
In this instance I wondered if we could feature/use your painting in the video and thumbnail?

Anyone else think they should change the King's name to Robin, in honor of Mr. Williams? I think he not only looks like him, but his daughter is literally Zelda. I hope if Nintendo adds him in somewhere, this is where. Phenomenal art, by the way!. Best I've seen of the Great King.

Hehe ich mag dein Re-design von ihm,das hat was. auch diese nicht vorhandene und Halsverschinden lassende Plüschkrause hast du gut umgesetzt. ich finde die macht ihn eiegntlich einfahc immer nur noch dicker und runder^^
Besodners mag ich aber hierbei die Farbwahl mit dem Rembrandtbraunen Hintergrund und das esausssieht wie eine Leinwand? Alle ssleber mit Bruhes zusammengebastelt?

In Real wirkte er so...dünn XD Ich hab ihm Rennaissance-Kleidung verpasst, weil die einfach unglaublich in die Breite geht. Sieht man auf diesem Portrait allerdings nicht wirklich.
Die Leinwand ist eine Leinenstruktur von Google, der Brush ist aus zwei Standard-Brushes zusammengesetzt

I've been desperately trying to find the words to express how amazing this painting is...
Well it's exactly that, an amazing painting. It looks like one of those regal portraits you see on castle walls, and I'm as impressed to see it was made digitally! The use of texture in the background makes it look like actual canvas. And the painting, wow, it's extremely well done.
