Asteriel has by far been my favorite character that I've played in tabletop RPG's. She was created for my group's campaign after my dwarf ranger, Dwina left after a near-death experience. Aster is a bard, and also only 10-years old, with an extremely tragic and graphic past that she is very oddly unfazed by. She did die at the very end of the campaign, sadly, but she and two more teammates had taken a stand against members of their own party and saved the world from an evil dragon god, so I think she'll have fun singing about that story in whatever afterlife she ends up going to.
