I'm going to tell you all a story. A story of two very close friends...

Once upon a time, a long long time ago, there was two kingdoms. Both had fearsome armies but they were the closest of friends. This was due to their generals; a mighty dragoness and a fearsome wolf. They were so close, had they not been different species, one might have said they were family. They played together, ate together. Heck sometimes they would be up so late discussing what their plans would be for the future that they would fall asleep all curled up together, humming happily in each others' company.

But alas, this friendship seemed as though it was not meant to be for, one day, the dragoness sought a mate. A young male whom she loved with all her heart. The wolf protested and raged at her for choice in males and stormed off, waging war on her kingdom. She fought back with bared teeth and hooked claws. They fought on for days on end, both coming out worse for wear until one day, a friend of both kingdoms, a young cat who's skill was negotiation, decided to help. She hated seeing her friends fight. She spoke to them both, but they were both too stubborn. They both had their terms and neither wanted to budge.

Eventually, the two agreed on terms and went their seperate ways. They didn't speak..... Didn't look at each other unless there was no choice.... They pretended each other was invisible... But alas, the dragoness grew lonely. She had a mate but he was so far away with his position... The neutrality was driving her mad. She wanted her old friend back again.... She wanted to approach the wolf but he had sent her away... She pined without him... Her heart grew heavy with every passing day, tearing her apart with every moment passed... She missed him... But she feared his anger...
