Description
A Deathwing Knight from the Guardians of the Covenant Dark Angels Successor Chapter.I feel the silver and red works well with the Terminator armour and I tried something a little different with the base that turned out quite good. I don't think the white turned out too well unfortunately however.

I think you were right; that scheme fits quite nice with the miniature. However, metal looks "dirty" from my point of view. It would be nice if you could apply several thin layers of paint in order to achieve an homogeneous result.

I was going for a rough/dirty look with the metal rather than the more shiny metal I have used in the past for my Sisters of Battle and Grey Knights. I will admit that I was worried about getting the tone consistent over all the parts as that is something I have struggled with in the past.
