Author's note:

I have been working on the backstory of Selma and Joshua's relationship which is an interesting turn of events that happens between the Prologue and Chapter 1 of "Rose of Sharon".

I'm still debating over wether this eventful story line should be a spin off of itself, or have scenes in the main "Rose of Sharon" series as flashbacks when needed. We'll see!

Art wise, I am testing a new method of playing with lighting and it is getting a lot better. I'm encouraging myself to become used to not relying on heavy shading and that sometimes minimal lighting and shadow is good enough. It's definitely something my little "perfectionist" ego is not used to, but not everything has to be "without flaws" perfect.

I LOVE the lighting here - it's soft, warm and romantic as I hoped it would turn out. and if there any suggestions on how improve it, please let me know!
