The theme is nice.. One part can be better thou, while getting messages in a gnome-integrated-pidgin. The colors makes it hard to read the text..

Really like this one ---- but --- all the drop down bubbles - the calendar, the system
menu etc. are *too transparent* (for my taste) and I have spent considerable time
(to no avail) to tweak this in gnome-shell.css - can anyone point me to the line
of code to tweak this?

The look is fine if there is nothing in the workspace but if I have a browser
window open (for example) it shines through the drop down bubbles which
I find annoying.

Thanks, yeah it's an old theme not updated. I have too much work on to update it at the moment.

What is the piece of code in gnome-shell.css that controls
the opacity/transparency of the dropdown system menu and the
calendar? I feel like I've tried everything and can't get the
opacity to change, yet if I change themes obviously it does change,
so it *must* be controlled by gnome-shell.css, right?

.popup-menu-boxpointer

You can adjust the transparency by the last number of the background colour which is alpha

I have installed this them on my gnome-shell however it doesnt work properly on my dual monitor setup.

Basically the test in the bubbles for each window, on the window overview display is missing, but only on my 2nd monitor.

No idea about dual monitors. You might want to ask in the IRC.

turns out its a text colour issue. the text is black but only on the 2nd monitor.

explicitly specifying color: under .window-caption, resolves this issue, and also the theme preview in fmurphy's theme selector (which also suffers from the same black text issue)

oops that should have been "text in the bubbles for each window"

I think using a carbon fiber texture would prove very very popular if done well too.

Dies the theme also work with final Gnome 3.0?

I will update it soon. This version will have a few issues with 3.0, mainly because of the panel which need the height set.

haha, well the elementary theme is more work than I thought. I've been playing around with the new features and testing.
