This tells a story behind this picture when they were born from a Queen and King, but they were expecting perfect children instead they didn't. The second brother turned away from his family due to King thinks that he was a weakness and the third son committed a terrible act cause him to become exiles. Two sons remain within the family as none say that they were perfect due to their intention or good. There is no villain within the story, except corruption and there will or will not be a happy ending as they live different lives. It brought a curious on how the Queen and King reacted one will them. Who could it be? Who could be within the picture, but switch side you choose? Who will live or die? Who? It's up to you...

The shadows, well, they are not bending the shadows, they are to represent that their trails are tied to a single root XD

First off, LOVE the symbolism. Second off, other than the actual great detailing and amazing coloring, this is an amazing design and I LOVE the description. I still say you should turn this into a novel. Slenderman is just an urban legend, and as for the fanmade characters, you could always get permission. Either way, this is an amazing universe you've created and the unique blend of fantasy, sci fi, and horror is magnificent, and I'd pay money to own a novel of this if you ever published. Or, if you decided to go another route, you could make this into a comic even, or heck, motion books would be another epic option. Either way, whatever you decide to do or not do, I'm a huge fan of your artwork and that's all the things left I've got to say lol
