Wow, this was absolute hell, but I'm REALLY proud of how it turned out.
STORY TEIM!
On Sunday at Sakuracon, I was rather bored after my friends had left to go do other things, so decided to whip out my notebook and doodle. As I was doodling, a man comes up to me and says "You have a lot of talent", and after replying with a "thanks", he sits next to me and proceeds to talk to me about art. After a few minutes, he reaches into his bag and hands me a set of four copic multiliners and eraser. He tells me to keep them and always continue to draw, then gets up and leaves.
This man is , and I am SO gratefull for what he did. Thank you so much!
So this picture was drawn for him, and of course I used the pens he gave me. I've NEVER been able to get so much detail into a picture using only a ballpoint pen and pencil! The patterns were all really fun to do, though a bit tiresome (especially the hat : |)
This is a new character, not entirely sure what his name is, or story, but I've decided that he's a demon. Quite possibly a hat demon. : o I was doodling him when AphexAngel came up to me, so thought it would be fitting to redraw him? I dunno... I'll upload that doodle perhaps at some point...

EDIT: his name is Bartholomew, Barty for short, and he IS in fact a hat demon. Poor guy.
