Dex: From evolving, Catlen have given up trying to change their destiny. Instead, they become much worse than what was planned.

It looks good, but catlen's face look a little bit odd. Aside from that is a really cool concept. You could give him some "bad luck" moves, like those that affect accuary. You can search in serebii.net for a complete list of attacks if you need inspiration for your fakemon's movesets
