This is definitely Harlo shortly after a battle with a spider. Though he is not fond of them, his fear of spiders is much smaller than his fear of vaccum cleaners, so he is able to conquer them alright (and he is the only one in the house who will not shriek upon the sight of it, in fact, his reaction often goes as following: "Ugh ... you guys are a bunch of candy-asses." )
He usually takes them down with a dictionary or empty mug, but perhaps this time he blinded the arachnid by the button on his pants, as it is reflecting the sunlight from a nearby window.
Also, he just got a jellin' haircut. So he's feeling pretty jellin'.
