Any One Piece fan art done by me looks cheap somehow, I can never seem to get the expression of their eyes right. Damn Oda for drawing tiny dots for almost all male characters

Done with Winsor&Newtons Water Colour Markers, some cheaper watercolour liners, a white gel pen and a black polychromo colour provided by my sister; I didn't ask her though >

Luffy is by far my favorite main character in any ongoing manga/anime series I'm currently following, I did fan art of him in 2015 but never uploaded it since I thought pencil sketches wouldn't quite cut the featured section of my Deviantart-gallery.

I do not own One Piece, Oda-sensei does...

Also, I'm still unsure about whether I should try to add some colours as some sort of background, but that'd probably ruin it for sure.
