This is the drawing steps of my artwork belowPremium download contains 2x resolution of this steps image.

Steps:
1. Sketch. SO DERP. DON'T LOOK.
2. Lineart.
3. Base Color. Each color has a separate layer.
4. Shading. I lock the base color layer then shade it. I usually pick 2 shading colors.
5. Lighting. I add new layer above the base layer.
6. Effect & Finishing. Add some other layers like overlay, screen, hard light, add(glow), and also make some sparkle. Finishing includes color balance, tone curve and level adjustment.

Nice job! I wish I could do clean lineart like that too. I don't know how stabilizer works but that's definetly what I need, or a good drawing software.

stabilizer is just delaying the outcome of your stroke and improve the smoothness of the line during that delay.
it's actually not that important.
but a good drawing software is definitely crucial...or at least the one that supports a drawing tablet and makes you comfortable to work with.

Yeah! maybe I should find a way to freely test other drawing tablet or test other drawing software, to check if this is a problem from the tools I use or my own skills (^^ that could be the case !). Then, I'll start thinking about investing (a bit more) on those.

actually the lineart is not clean if it's zoomed in more than 33%...
I use g-pen brush with full stabilizer on MangaStudio.
