Description
This spring our city was flooded from water run off the worst it's ever been. Much of our city walk ways and parks were completely under water. This is the hub of our walking recreation paths and it was submerged for most of the summer. I was able to get down there the night before it was closed off to the public and get some pretty good shots of the flooding. That is such a shame that the water stayed most of the summer but it made a great shot for you and the couple added even more interest to the picture.
