Description
Froads are large, amphibious creatures that come in a multitude of colors and patterns. Usually, they are solitary and live in swampy areas, large bodies of water, or rivers. Most consume fish, vegetation, insects, and water birds using the acidic patch on their bellies, as they do not have mouths. Some, however, prefer larger prey. These types of Froads are usually armored, covered in spikes, or some such. The species overall does not appreciate Snakekeys' company and the more fierce may attempt to eat them. The front feet are attached directly to the chest rather than a pair of arms. In order to move, they must rear up on their hind legs, make leaping bounds, or drift in the water. Fry are able to flutter in the air using these limbs, but eventually, they'll become too heavy to continue being airborne
